Hand & Foot Restore: Focused on hand & feet pain/stiffness and face/jaw/neck tension.

Body Restore Classes: Focused on the eliminated pain/stiffness in the body (hips, back, knees, neck/shoulders, etc.

(NOTE: You must be able to get up & down off the floor for Body Restore classes.)

Strength Restore with Ground Hammock: Strengthen and stretch the spine and body using the ground hammock.
